The present invention relates to a structure of an apartment with a duplex-type housing unit in which an upper floor and a lower floor are integrated with each other. A living room is positioned in the upper floor while multiple bedrooms are positioned in the lower floor. In addition, adjacent housing units are mutually connected by additionally installing a noise-absorbing wall in a space between the housing units while structures of the housing units including a slab for one of the adjacent housing units sharing one lateral wall are separately installed. Furthermore, the present invention is characterized by forming a rapid and safe evacuation route by using a corridor of the upper floor as a horizontal evacuation route in case of a fire and an evacuation route and an emergency ladder formed in an emergency balcony of the lower floor as a vertical evacuation route.
