The present invention relates to a compassion practice mileage providing system and an operating method thereof, comprising the following steps: accumulating compassion practice mileage among members using, as seed money, a compassion practice mileage provided from a mileage provider according to commercial transaction to establish a compassion practice fund; supporting social weak people based on the established compassion practice fund; performing emergency support to a member requiring the emergency support among the members based on the compassion practice fund; and performing retirement support to a member requiring the retirement support among the members based on the compassion practice fund. According to the present invention, the members mutually share and accumulate the mileage provided to a personal member from a product or service seller according to the commercial transaction, and the compassion practice fund is established by using the accumulated mileage as the seed money, and is efficiently managed, so physical and mental support can be provided to the social weak people and the member requiring the emergency support, active preparation for old ages is provided each member, and thereby an autonomous social safety network can be constructed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
