The present invention relates to a Y-splint for simultaneous bimaxillary orthognathic surgery, a method for manufacturing the same, a recording medium, and an apparatus for manufacturing a Y-splint for orthognathic surgery. The method (S100) for manufacturing a Y-splint for orthognathic surgery according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a) an image file generation step (S110) of generating three-dimensional image files regarding a target patient′s skull and tooth part; b) a fusion image generation step (S120) of generating a fusion image by fusion between the three-dimensional skull image and the three-dimensional tooth part image; c) a correction simulation step (S130) of performing orthognathic simulation by performing virtual cutting on upper jaw bone and lower jaw bone parts to be subject to surgery in the fusion image (10) and moving the parts to normal positions; d) a splint shape generation step (S140) of generating the shape of the Y-splint made up of an upper jaw supporting portion, a lower jaw supporting portion, and a main supporting portion after the correction simulation; and e) a splint manufacturing step (S150) of manufacturing the Y-splint by using the generated Y-splint shape data. According to the present invention, the accuracy of occlusion and surgical reliability can be ensured because the Y-splint for orthognathic surgery is manufactured by the use of the three-dimensional skull and tooth images regarding the target patient. In addition, accuracy and reliability can be significantly improved in comparison to previous maxillofacial surgery and the operation can be performed with speed, and thus the operation can be carried out within a shorter period of time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
