Provided are a weather displaying method for a navigation path and a navigation system, relating to the field of GPS navigation. The method comprises: when a user uses navigation software to plan a route, recording waypoints in the planned route (S100); detecting weather information between the waypoints (S101); and displaying the weather information on the navigation software (S102). According to the method, by recording waypoints in a route planned by a user by using navigation software, detecting weather information between the waypoints, and displaying the weather information between the waypoints on the navigation software, the user can learn the weather information in the route more intuitively, so as to plan the route in advance.
