the invention concerns the use of a cell line obtained by introducing ebinscidh1r132h cdna with a mutation gene idh1 - idh1r132h to neuralnych induced stem cells (ebinsc), derived from pluripotentnych induced stem cells (ipsc).r132h gene mutation idh1 appears to be specific for glioma, but occasionally can be found also in other cancers, such as acute myelogenous leukemia (aml), chrzu0119stniakomiu0119sak, thyroid and prostate cancer. thanks the presented invention it is possible to determine effects on neural stem cells differentiation idh1r132h process.
