The subject matter of this invention is providing an interesting educational toy for encouraging learning through multiple choice questions. The educational toy according the invention consists of four groups of slots representing numbers 0 to 9, a central rectangular window to show a colored light, four press-to-on switches representing the four answer options (A, B, C, and D) of a multiple choice question with colors yellow, magenta, green, and blue, respectively representing the answer options, two partially overlapping boards with each of the boards containing rows of holes matching with the slot positions on the face plate of the toy , and with alternate transparent and cyan color filters in the central region of the first of the overlapping boards, and with alternate yellow and magenta color filters in the central region of the second of the overlapping boards, a spring loaded knob to reset the toy. To answer a multiple choice question, the digits of the numerical code associated with the multiple choice question being answered are entered into the said toy by sequentially moving the holes in the slots corresponding the digits of the numerical code from one end to the other end of the respective slots, and the key for the answer option of choice is pressed. The pressing of the answer option key produces a colored light in the central rectangular window. If the color of the light is the same as the color assigned to the option, then the entered answer option is right, and wrong if the color of the light is different from the color assigned to the option.
