METHOD FOR THE MULTIPLE QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION OF FERRITIN, ERYTHROPOIETIN, INTERLEUKIN-6 AND INTERLEUKIN-10 IN THE SERUM/PLASMA OF ANEMIC PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM KIDNEY FAILURE
The present invention relates to the development of a method used for the multi-determination of the regulatory factors which are responsible for the iron homeostasis troubles in biological serum/plasma samples issued from anemic patients suffering from kidney failure. The methodology is based on the immune enzymatic determination and medium flow cell combination with use of microparticles with the aim to determine the levels of the ferritin, erythropoietin, interleukin-6 and interleukin1-10 in the serum/plasma sample of anemic patients suffering from kidney failure. Said method a reliable strategy clinically applied during the administration of recombinant human erythropoietin and/or iron preparations.
