use of micro-ribonucleic acid (mirna) to diagnose transplant rejection and tolerance of immunosuppression therapy The present invention relates to the discovery that the expression levels of some micrornas can use a diagnostic signature to predict transplant results in a transplant recipient. thus, in various embodiments described in this report, the methods of the invention relate to methods for diagnosing a transplanted subject for acute rejection, such as acute cellular rejection (acr), methods for predicting a risk of the subject presenting or developing. and methods for assessing in a subject the likelihood of a successful minimization or failure of immunosuppression therapy (ist) dosing from standard ranges.
