olefin composition for piping systems and sheets. The present invention relates to a polyolefin pipe composition comprising (weight percent): a) from 1% to 9.5% of a propylene and hexene-1 compolymer, wherein said copolymer comprises from 0 to 1% to 5% of hexene-1-derived recurrent units b) from 80.5% to 99% of a heterophasic polypropylene composition comprising: b1) from 50% to 85% of a propylene homopolymer in said propylene polymer is xylene insoluble at room temperature in an amount of more than 85% having a polydispersion index of 3 to 10; and fusion index of 0.5 to 10 dg / min; b2) from 5% to 50% of an ethylene and propylene copolymer having an ethylene derived unit content ranging from 30% to 70%; wherein said polymeric composition has a melt index of 0.05 to 10 dg / min.
