A distribution system is configured to provide funding allocation of donations regardless of program with times, percentage, and cancellation options of participation for vendor. An approved affiliate for external business interface is configured to: receive applications for onboarding businesses, accept the application for the onboarding businesses and receive revenue from the onboarding the businesses to the donation card programs.
