The invention relates to a steam pipe drying, separating, and granulating integrated coal moisture control technology and special equipment thereof. The steam pipe drying, separating, and granulating integrated coal moisture control technology comprises following four key steps: steam pipe rotation drying, separating and grading, collecting and filtering, and compressing and granulating. The steam pipe rotation drying step is capable of increasing 7 to 11% of the production capacity of coke ovens, increasing about 8% of the gas yield of the coke ovens, saving about 14% of the energy of the coke ovens, and improving coke quality greatly; the separating and grading step is capable of reducing the influences of fine coal powder with a particle size less than 0.5mm on the operation of the coke ovens; and the compressing and granulating step is capable of taking waste materials such as the fine coal powder with a particle size less than 0.5mm and tar residue as a binder, and subjecting the waste materials to granulating after mixing, so that products with a coal particle size of 3 to 8mm are obtained, operating requirements of the coke ovens are met, coal powder loss is reduced, and the atmospheric environment is protected.
