Task Although an ideal diode can be constructed using a power MOSFET or the like, a simple method of obtaining electric power for control has been demanded.SOLUTION: Since the voltage waveform in the reverse direction applied to the diode is almost superimposed on the voltage waveform of the AC power supply, a complex voltage drop is caused by the condenser, and minute DC power can be obtained without power consumption. An ideal diode which can drive the gate of the power MOSFET by the power of the complex voltage drop type power supply circuit and treat it as two terminals is provided.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
