PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colorimetric measuring method of a subject to be measured in a milk sample capable of accurately colorimetrically measuring the subject to be measured included also in the milk sample, a method and reagent of pretreatment of the milk sample, and a suppression method of an influence on colorimetric measurement originating in the milk sample.SOLUTION: In colorimetric measurement of a subject to be measured in a milk sample, the milk sample is brought into contact with a surface-active substance.
