PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method of an anti-TPO antibody, a detection method of immune thrombocytopenia, a kit for detecting an anti-TPO antibody in a biological sample, and a kit for detecting immune thrombocytopenia which have improved detection sensitivity.SOLUTION: There are provided a detection method of an anti-TPO antibody in a biological sample includes: a process of allowing TPO and the biological sample to contact; and a process of detecting bond between the anti-TPO antibody and the TPO, in which the TPO is expressed in a mammalian cell expression system; a detection method of immune thrombocytopenia; a kit for detecting the anti-TPO antibody in the biological sample including the TPO expressed in the mammalian cell expression system; and a kit for detecting immune thrombocytopenia the TPO expressed in the mammalian cell expression system.SELECTED DRAWING: None
