APPARATUS FOR MEASURING ION PERMEATION RESISTANCE, EXCELLENT IN FIELD WORKABILITY AND USED FOR REAL STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR MEASURING ION PERMEATION RESISTANCE USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring an ion permeation resistance, capable of evaluating a rust state of a weather resistant steel bridge, etc., and diagnosing even long-term deterioration of the coated film of an existing coated steel structure since high ion permeation resistance up to about 40 GΩ can be measured.SOLUTION: The apparatus for measuring an ion permeation resistance, excellent in field workability and used for a real structure includes a probe, an alternating current power supply, a measuring instrument and a cable. The probe has two sensors, a connector, a wiring, a bracket and a magnet; each of two sensors has a specific electrolyte, a cylinder, a piston, an electrolysis solution storage space, a specific resin net and an electrolysis electrode; the bracket, the cylinder and the piston consist of a material having a specific volume resistivity; a tube including the cable consists of a specific insulation material; a leading wire including the cable is formed not so as to be exposed to the outside; and an interval when the two sensors are contacted with an object to be measured is 10 mm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
