PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a singing moving image creation device that applies a processing process to recorded image information and provides singing moving image information to quickly provide processed recorded image information as a deliverable.SOLUTION: A singing moving image creation device according to the present invention can perform: a performance process of performing music based on music information corresponding to specified music; an image recording process of performing image recording processing to record video taken with a camera and form recorded image information; an audio recording process of recording singing voice from a microphone to form recorded audio information; a processing format selection process of processing part of the recorded image information recorded by the image recording process this time to display it on a display unit during the execution of the image recording process and letting a user select a processing format; and a processing process of starting processing of the recorded image information during image recording in the image recording process by using the selected processing format to form processed recorded image information during the execution of the image recording process after the selection of the processing format in the processing format selection process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
