PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milling method of wheat, a wheat grinding rate measuring device and a wheat milling device which reduces a load for adjustment of a roller gap of a roller type grinding machine used on a milling process of wheat and performs the adjustment of the roller gap at a high accuracy.SOLUTION: A milling method of wheat includes: a process of measuring a flow rate of a stock flowing into a roller type milling machine 8 with a first flow-rate measuring device 10 which is provided with a gap adjusting part for adjusting a gap between a pair of roller and roller of a roller type milling machine 8 and is disposed on an upstream; a process of classifying the stock into a plurality of sections with a shifter disposed on a downstream of the roller type milling machine 8; a process of measuring a flow rate of a specified section flowing out of the shifter with a second flow rate measuring device 22; a process of gaining the flow rate measured on the flow rate measuring process, on a control part; a process in which the control part outputs a control signal for the gap adjusting part such that a rate of gained flow rates gets to a predetermined value; and an adjustment process in which the gap adjusting part adjusts the gap between the pair of rollers based on a control signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
