PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively correctly estimate a population change in the future by considering a factor which affects the population change in the future and which did not appear in a past investigation result.;SOLUTION: A future population estimation device 1 comprises a storage part 10, a condominium subdivision information acquisition part 21 and a subdivision increment acquisition part 22. The storage part 10 stores a population increment for one dwelling house in association with an area for one dwelling house in the subdivision condominium. The condominium subdivision information acquisition part 21 acquires an area for one dwelling house and a number of dwelling houses in each condominium subdivision plan, as condominium subdivision information. The subdivision increment acquisition part 22 acquires the population increment for one dwelling house from the storage part 10 based on the area for one dwelling house in the condominium subdivision information, and multiplies the acquired population increment by the number of dwelling houses in the condominium subdivision information, for acquiring an estimated value of the population increment in the condominium subdivision plan.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
