An operator cloud is interposed between mobile subscribers and the Internet. The operator cloud aggregates operators so as to comprise a single node. The operator cloud can provide services through such aggregation, including the tracking of subscriber usage. The operator cloud services can produce accurate metrics concerning mobile Web traffic while safeguarding subscriber personal information. Thus, the metrics and associated information can be valuable to publishers in the mobile Web. In this way, the operator cloud services can be monetized to produce a revenue stream.
