The invention relates to a light distributor, a system of light distributor and LED lamp and a method for producing a light distributor. The light distributor according to the invention comprises a transparent base body with a light entrance surface and a light exit surface, at least one light scattering structure with a modified refractive index within the base body for scattering light and at least one light guide structure with a modified refractive index within the base body for conducting light. The light scattering structure and the light guiding structure are generated by ultra-short pulse laser processing. The light scattering structure and the Lichtleitstruktur with a modified refractive index are arranged in the body so that light incident through the light entrance surface initially scattered at the light scattering structure and then can be passed by means of the Lichtleitstruktur with modified refractive index to the light exit surface.
