System comprises pressure generator configured to generate forced breathing gas flow for delivery to subject's lungs and of selective control of content of oxygen inhaled by adjusting oxygen concentration in breathing gas flow; a user interface; one or more processors. Computer program modules comprise a module for determining oxygen content in blood, a module for determining fraction of oxygen, configured for dynamic determination of a therapeutically significant fraction of inhaled oxygen of subject according to mode of treatment, an interface module, configured to obtain restrictions on fraction of oxygen from user by means of user interface, and a control module configured to control pressure generator for adjustment of oxygen concentration in breathing gas flow for automatic and dynamic change of fraction of oxygen inhaled by subject. Disclosed is an alternative version of a system for monitoring fraction of expired oxygen in discharge flow of breathing gas.;EFFECT: invention enables to adapt treatment to individual features of patient.;10 cl, 4 dwg
