The anode stays in thermal contact via electric insulation ply with onboard cooling system and is connected in series via electric power consuming hardware with the cathode. Between said anode and cathode in electrode gap fitted are working fluid source, supersonic slit nozzle of electrically insulating material and supersonic slit diffuser of said material. The outlet of said supersonic slit nozzle is connected via said electrode gap with slit diffuser inlet. Slit diffuser outlet is connected via the extra screen-anode, check valve and pipe to feed energy to working fluid flow with the supersonic slit nozzle inlet. Emission ply and anode and extra screen-anode electron perception ply are made of the material that features high emission properties.;EFFECT: higher reliability and longer life of the elongated wing.;2 cl, 1 dwg
