1. A system (10) for transmitting electronic keys of a medical institution (14), comprising: a control point (70) receiving one or more electronic keys from the coordinator (12) of the MBAN spectrum, each electronic key authorizing the medical institution (14) to the use of at least a portion of the MBAN spectrum; a channel controller (72) that generates by the processor (82) one or more rules for using channels based on electronic keys, and the rules for using channels authorize MBAN systems (18, 20, 22) of medical institutions (14) in olzovanie at least a portion MBAN-spectrum; and, one or more access points and / or ports (74, 76) that accept the rules for using channels from the channel controller (72) and notify MBAN systems (18, 20, 22) of currently authorized parts of the MBAN spectrum based on Channel Usage Guidelines. 2. System (10) according to claim 1, in which the coordinator (12) coordinates the use of the MBAN spectrum by one or more medical institutions, including the medical institution (14) registered in the coordinator (12), while the registered medical institutions are secondary users of the MBAN spectrum, and coordinator (12) coordinates the use of the MBAN spectrum by registered medical institutions in order to protect the primary users of the MBAN spectrum. 3. System (10) according to claim 1 or 2, in which each of the channel use rules includes an MBAN type and a list of authorized channels for this MBAN type, and the MBAN type corresponds to the MBAN communication standard. 4. System (10) according to claim 1, in which the channel controller (72) generates the rules for using channels in order to prevent overlapping use of the MBAN spectrum by means of different types of MBAN.
