The method for producing luminescent soluble complexes of divalent lanthanide LnCl · (THF) (Ln = Eu, Yb, Sm) reacting crystalline trichlorides lanthanide LnCl · 6NO with organoaluminum compounds (AOS), characterized in that as trichlorides lanthanide use crystalline hydrates LnCl · 6NO (Ln = Eu, Yb, Sm), as well as AOS - compound of general formula RALR '(where R = R' = Me, Et, Bu; R = Bu, R '= H), the reaction is conducted at a molar ratio of components LnCl · 6NO / AOC = 1/40 under an argon atmosphere at room temperature (20-25 ° C) and atmospheric pressure p in an aprotic medium astvoritelya - tetrahydrofuran.
