The present invention relates to a method to integrate the rainfall prediction of a numerical model with the ultrashort precipitation prediction of a radar considering topographic effects and, more specifically, relates to a method to integrate the rainfall prediction of a numerical model with the ultrashort precipitation prediction of a radar considering topographic effects, capable of accurately generating ultrashort precipitation prediction data by integrating numerical model rainfall prediction data to reflect information about the growth and extinction of rain-filled media, according to topographic effects, to radar rainfall prediction data. The method comprises: a first step of generating radar prediction rainfall data at prediction time intervals through observation data of a weather radar; a second step of generating numerical model prediction rainfall data at prediction time intervals through a simulation of the numerical model considering the topographic effects to include the growth and extinction of the rain-filled media in the data; a third step of adjusting a rainfall area position of the generated numerical model prediction rainfall data to match the position with a rainfall area position of the generated radar prediction rainfall data; and a fourth step of merging the adjusted numerical model prediction rainfall data with the radar prediction rainfall data, but generating the ultrashort prediction rainfall data by applying a weighted value to give effects to the numerical model prediction rainfall data relatively more than the radar prediction rainfall data as the prediction time goes by.
