The present invention relates to a geodetic surveying management system for geographic features by combination of three-dimensional figures and geodetic surveying data and, more specifically, to a geodetic surveying management system for geographic features by combination of three-dimensional figures and geodetic surveying data capable of modifying or updating the detailed and accurate figure map without using aerial photos by detecting a location signal from a transmission node installed on a ground structure such as a building and a bridge, identifying the shape of the geographic feature, visualizing the shape into a plane image, and generating a background image for a figure map.
