摘要
The present invention relates to aspirin induced respiratory disease (AERD) and aspirin resistant asthma (ATA) distinct diagnostic marker composition and a diagnostic kit comprising a plasma apolipoprotein H. ApoH identify the person in AERD between ATA and plasma, ELISA was performed to quantify. 8 protein spots AERD ( n = 8) and ATA ( n = 8) showed a difference in the relative strength of the subjects across the collected plasma. MALDI-TOF / TOF analysis of alpha in AERD compared with ATA - Avoid debris no rps precursor, Apo H, fibrin beta (fibrin beta) and pro-level reduction in apolipoprotein (proapolipoprotein) and the chain A of complement components (chain A human complement component) C3, 90-kDa heat shock protein, complement components, C4a and key Nino Gen (kininogen) -1 showed the variants (isoform) 2 increased. Apo H density ELISA measurements ( P 0.01), were significantly increased in the plasma of subjects than ATA AERD and normal control group. AERD are characterized by changes in protein levels associated with the clot and the complement path. In addition, Apo H is increased as compared with the ATA AERD and normal control group, indicating that the cause of the disease is associated with other Apo H AERD with ATA. ;
