The present invention relates to a stick for the elderly which includes: a shaft; a tip which is joined to a lower end portion of the shaft and comes in contact with the ground; an impact absorption means joined to an upper end portion of the shaft; and a handle which is joined to an upper end portion of the impact absorption means. The impact absorption means includes a joining unit which is formed along a lower end portion of the handle and includes an insertion groove formed on a lower side to be recessed; an impact absorption unit which has an insertion protrusion to be inserted and joined to the insertion groove of the joining unit and covers a lower end portion of the joining unit; and a support unit which is formed to be integrated with the impact absorption unit and is joined to the upper end portion of the shaft.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
