The present invention relates to a system integrally managing accounts, which dynamically processes deposit and withdrawal details of a plurality of accounts based on web scraping to manage the deposit and withdrawal details of the accounts, and a method thereof. The system integrally managing accounts comprises: a web server unit to provide a screen about becoming a member and registering an account to provide an integrated account management service, and receive account information retained by one or more financial institutions from a terminal of a customer on the screen and register the account information; an order detail receiving unit to receive order details from the customer when the order details are generated between the customer and a consumer; and a scraping processing unit which connects to a corresponding financial institution server according to a prescribed scheduler for an account for which the order details are generated to scrape deposit and withdrawal details of the account for which the order details are generated first, and automatically renews scraped information in a database.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
