The present invention relates to a server for providing a cloud-based educational content service. The present invention includes: a cloud server which provides a cloud space to store and share educational content; a provider terminal which is for a provider who creates and provides educational content, provides the provider with a tool to create the educational content, and accesses the cloud server to upload the educational content created through the tool to the cloud server; and a consumer terminal which accesses the cloud server to download the educational content, replays the downloaded educational content, performs synchronization, and transmits the synchronization data to the cloud service. According to the synchronization data from the consumer terminal, the cloud server synchronizes corresponding educational content and provides the content for the consumer terminal. According to the present invention, by providing a cloud-based educational content service, the present invention enables providers who create educational content to easily create educational content using the tool and consumers who consume the educational content to use the educational content regardless of terminal type, time, and place.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
