The present invention relates to an inland shrimp aquaculture facility adopting a multi-film variable structure and a shrimp aquaculture facility management system. More specifically, the present invention applies an aquaculture facility capable of realizing aquaculture even in an inland area by using a variable structure sealed by multiple films, so as to keep a desired temperature in the inside due to the variable structure to culture shrimps, and provides an aquaculture structure to culture living things, such as microorganisms, fries, marine fish, shells, etc., in addition to shrimps. According to the present invention, the aquaculture facility comprises a shrimp aquaculture facility (10) which adopts a multi-film variable structure including an air layer and is formed by a biofloc technique not requiring seawater exchange in the interior. The shrimp aquaculture facility (10) comprises: an aquaculture tank (100) installed to culture shrimps by forming grooves on the ground (20); and a variable structure (200) fixed on the ground (20) towards the upper side of the aquaculture structure to keep room temperature of 25 to 28 deg. C in shrimp aquaculture, so as to form an aquaculture environment for shrimps. The aquaculture tank (100) includes a working passage (120) formed between the aquaculture tanks (100) to allow a worker to pass when multiple aquaculture tanks (100) are formed in the direction of length or width.
