The present invention relates to a web-based enterprise resource management system for the management of office machines. The system includes: a management server connected with a partner terminal through a wire/wireless network, and providing electronic transfer, account inquiry, and e-bill issue services by being interlinked with a CMS server, a bank server, an SMS server, and a national tax administration server; and a database a variety of information related with business of the partner. The management server includes a business module to progress with the business of the partner, and the business module includes a purchase/sale management module, a stock management module, an account management module, and a rental management module. Therefore, the present invention is capable of providing convenience for CMS and card and cash collection through automatic collection and account management by being interlinked with a CMS service and a collective account inquiry service, enhancing the efficiency of business by automatically reporting a rental claim, an expiration date, and a regular inspection date and automatically scheduling unitary management and services from a contract to a claim, and improving the convenience of client management by consulting a client while checking the machine status, sales, and consultation records of the client through the automation of the client management.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
