The present invention relates to a producing method of a positive electrode for a thin film battery using a laser, a positive electrode for a thin film battery produced by the method, and a thin film battery comprising the same. The forming method of a positive electrode for a thin film battery comprises the steps of: depositing a positive electrode active material on a substrate; and crystallizing the positive electrode active material by irradiating laser on the positive electrode active material. The positive electrode active material can be deposited on the substrate at the room temperature, and can use a light and easily processable polymer substrate by crystallizing the positive electrode active material at the low temperature using a laser. The thin film battery comprising the positive electrode produced by the producing method of the positive electrode according to one embodiment of the present invention has excellent charging and discharging properties such as high discharging capacity or the like.
