The present invention relates to a diagnostic device for colon cancer using quantum dots and, more specifically, to a device and a method for diagnosing colon cancer using a multiplexed fluorescent-antibody complex probe capable of quickly diagnosing colon cancer. The diagnostic method in accordance with the present invention features of labeling a colon tissue with a multiplexed fluorescent quantum dot-antibody complex probe, which is formed by binding an antibody to multiplexed fluorescent quantum dots modified with an amphoteric ion composite, so as to fluoresce. The present invention provides the multiplexed fluorescent quantum dot-antibody complex probe capable of labeling cancer by a single spray and wash (& wash′) method. The probe can be used for colon cancer diagnosis using colonoscopy, and can detect squamous carcinoma, which is hard to find by the naked eye when colonoscopy is performed, and adenocarcinoma, which is not rapidly progressed yet. In addition, as quantum dots absorb light in a wide range and have a narrow range of light emitting spectrum, thereby reducing the diagnostic error rate which can occur when only one probe is used, by treating various cancer target substances with the quantum dots having different fluorescence wavelengths at the same time.
