SYSTEM FOR AUTO-GENERATION OF NOTAM(NOTICE TO AIRMEN) MESSAGE BASED ON GPMS(GLOBAL NAVIGATION SATELLITE SYSTEM) PERFORMANCE MONITORING SYSTEM), AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING NOTAM MESSAGE USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a system for auto-generation of a notice to airmen (NOTAM) message based on navigation satellite monitoring and a method for providing the NOTAM message using the same. The system can search for and edit fast and accurate NOTAM data and transmit the NOTAM data to a related institute, thereby contributing to aircraft navigation safety. The system includes: an MSG receiving unit (31) receiving a NOTAM data notification and a NOTAM message corresponding to a warning message automatically issued by a transmitting unit (24); an MSG converting unit (32) converting the NOTAM message, the warning message, into a message form suitable for an aeronautical fixed telecommunication network (40); and a NOTAM message transmitting unit (38) transmitting the warning message data to an airport server (41), an air transportation server (42), and a government-related institute server (43) through the aeronautical fixed telecommunication network (40).
