The present invention relates to an abdominal paracentesis device comprising a connecting unit. According to the present invention, the abdominal paracentesis device comprising connecting unit includes: a first paracentesis needle formed to perform puncture in an abdominal cavity of a target and having a seroperitoneum flowing path inside to allow the seroperitoneum to flow; a connecting unit; and a second paracentesis needle inserted into the first paracentesis needle which is combined to a first connection part through a second connection part. The connection unit further comprises a first connection part combined to a rear end of the first paracentesis needle, and a second connection part and a third connection part which are split from the first connection part, and includes an intercommunication passage interlinked with the seroperitoneum flowing path, wherein a path switching member is accommodated in the intercommunication passage to allow the seroperitoneum transported from the first paracentesis needle to selectively flow into one of the second or third connection parts.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
