The present invention relates to an apparatus for supporting rehabilitation of a patient with brain damage. The apparatus comprises: a model generation unit for generating a rehabilitation efficiency model with respect to each region of the brain and a network model between brain regions by using patient information, knowledge information, etc., associated with the brain; and a patient application unit for generating a rehabilitation model applied to the patient by integrating and analyzing the network model between information associated with the brain of the patient and the brain region and the rehabilitation efficiency model when information associated with the brain of a new patient is inputted.
