The present invention relates to a method for building big data for analysis in order to monitor the causes and symptoms of occurrence of aviation accidents and monitor medical practice for diagnosing and treating mild cognitive impairments, and a method for utilizing the big data, and more particularly, to a method for building big data which can be utilized to analyze the causes of aviation accidents and the causes of mild cognitive impairments by using the extended SHEL (xSHEL) model in which the SHEL model, the de facto standard of the aviation industry, is extended, to prevent accidents, and to prevent, treat and improve mild cognitive impairments, and a method for utilizing big data that has been built in such a way.
