Provided is a communication device, comprising: a storage means (81) for associating a process condition which denotes the content of a communication request with thread information which denotes a thread which processes the communication request and storing same; an extraction means (82) for verifying, when the communication request has arrived, whether the process condition which denotes the content of the communication request is stored in the storage means (81), and if stored, extracting the thread information corresponding to the process condition; and a launch means (83) for simultaneously launching the threads which the extracted thread information denotes. After the launch means (83) has commenced the thread launch process, a communication protocol process of the communication request which has arrived is carried out.
