Was formed to optional pattern on polyimide insulating layer, possesses the wiring circuit which furthermore it can provide circuit protective layer with respect to the wiring circuit for the repetition crookedness use where it is the flexible circuit baseplate, as for polyimide insulating layer, in the 25 the tensile modulus of elasticity is 4 - 6GPa and also, thickness to be the range of 14 - 17 millimicrons, thickness of the wiring circuit being the range of 7 - 13 millimicrons, thickness (tc) of the wiring circuit and ratio (tc/tp) with the thickness (tp) of the aforementioned polyimide insulating layer to be 0.4 - 0.95 ranges, thickness of circuit protective layer 15- For the repetition crookedness use which is the range of 30 millimicrons it is the flexible circuit baseplate, in addition, it is the electronic equipment which loads this onto the sliding part.
