PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mandibular canal extraction device, a mandibular canal extraction method, and a program capable of easily extracting the mandibular canal.;SOLUTION: A mandibular canal extraction device (1) comprises: CT image acquisition means (3) that acquires a plurality of CT images obtained by capturing the lower jaw; three-dimensional surface shape model creation means (5) that creates a three-dimensional surface shape model of the lower jaw from the plurality of CT images; detection means (5) of a mental foramen on the three dimensional surface model that detects a mental foramen on the three-dimensional surface shape model; acquisition means (5) of the mental foramen on a CT image that acquires a position of the mental foramen on a CT image A, the imaging plane of which is closest to the mental foramen on the three-dimensional surface shape model; mandibular canal area detection means (5) that detects the area of the mandibular canal in each of the plurality of CT images; and mandibular canal extraction means (5) that connects the areas of the mandibular canal detected in the plurality of CT images respectively and extracting the mandibular canal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
