PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently handle a fault related to a program in an apparatus.;SOLUTION: The fault handling support device comprises: a receiving unit for receiving fault information transmitted from an apparatus; an identification unit for, by referring to a storage unit for storing identification information on a notification destination related to a fault of a program in association with identification information of the program, identifying a notification destination of the program on the basis of the identification information on the program included in the fault information; and a notification unit for transmitting information for making a notification of occurrence of a fault shown by the fault information to a terminal related to the notification destination.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
