PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel link robot that can change a posture of a workpiece while suppressing damage to the workpiece.SOLUTION: This parallel link robot 10 includes three link mechanism parts 13 connected in parallel and driven by three servo motors 12, respectively, and a hand part 15 attached to the tips 13a of the three link mechanism parts 13. The hand part 15 comprises a holding part 15b that takes a workpiece 1 out from a first conveyor 50 and holds the workpiece, and a swing-up mechanism part 15a that swings the workpiece 1 held by the holding part 15b around a horizontal rotary shaft 15c to change a posture of the workpiece 1.
