PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement effect measurement system suitable for measuring the advertisement effects of an advertisement medium targeted for a user who has low purchase motivation or a user who has latent needs.;SOLUTION: A portable terminal reads a two-dimensional code from an advertisement medium, and transmits position information included in the two-dimensional code to an advertisement effect measurement server on the basis of access information included in the two-dimensional code. The advertisement effect measurement server receives the position information, and registers the received position information, and transmits coupon information to the portable terminal. A store terminal reads the coupon information displayed by the portable terminal, and transmits purchase information indicating that merchandise or a service has been purchased to the advertisement effect measurement server on the basis of the read coupon information.
