INK FOR TEMPERATURE FUSE, TEMPERATURE FUSE AND HEATER USING THE SAME, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING TEMPERATURE FUSE USING INK FOR TEMPERATURE FUSE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for temperature fuse capable of composing a temperature fuse by printing, and to provide a temperature fuse and a heater using the same, and a method of manufacturing a temperature fuse using the ink for temperature fuse.SOLUTION: An ink 60 for temperature fuse is an ink prepared printable, and has a conductive material 12 that can be evaporated in an environment of a predetermined temperature or more, an insulating material 11 having a softening point lower than the temperature for evaporating the conductive material 12, and a binder 14 for holding the conductive material 12 and insulating material 11 while dispersing. In the temperature fuse 1, the conductive material 12 forms an electrical conduction path P12 by printing of the ink 60 for temperature fuse, the insulating material 11 forms a support 13 that can hold the conductive material 12 even in an environment of such a temperature that the binder 14 is lost or more, and the conductive material 12 evaporates earlier than the insulating material 11 in an environment of a predetermined temperature or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
