PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program that estimates the number of persons with which a contract is expected to be made at a shop on the basis of a market area, which is not limited to residents, and a shop characteristic which differs from shop to shop.SOLUTION: Included are shop information accumulation means that accumulates, for each shop identifier of a shop, position information of the shop, a market area population based on the position information of the shop, predetermined shop characteristic information, the number of persons with which a contract has been made at the shop in association with one another, clustering means that classifies a vector of each shop identifier, which includes as elements the market area population and shop characteristic information, into any of plural clusters, reference number-of-contracted persons calculation means that calculates a reference value (mean or median) of the number of persons with which a contract is made, for each cluster, cluster selection means that selects a cluster which is most similar to a vector which has as elements a market area population and shop characteristic information at a shop that is queried, and expected number-of-contracted persons estimation means that deduces the reference value of the number of persons with which a contract is made in the selected cluster as the number of persons with which a contract is expected to be made.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
