The present invention relates to a radiopharmaceutical ERP system and apparatus and a method for managing the same. A radiopharmaceutical ERP system according to the present invention includes a radiopharmaceutical ERP device and a user terminal. The radiopharmaceutical ERP system manages a drug registration order according to a predetermined time, The radiopharmaceutical ERP system collects the amount of order according to a predetermined time and calculates the total output. The radiopharmaceutical ERP system allocates a center to output according to calculation information and manages a quality test for medicine produced after a production command. The user terminal is connected to the radiopharmaceutical ERP system according to a drug order registration request from a client, receives a user interface for order registration, and displays it on a screen. When the client inputs an order according to a time zone, it can be transmitted to the radiopharmaceutical ERP system.
