According to the present invention, a method for forming a poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) thin film on a hydrophobic surface is provided. The method includes the following steps: preparing a PEDOT:PSS solution; adding a nonionic surfactant to the PEDOT:PSS solution, and mixing the same; forming a thin film by coating the hydrophobic surface with the mixed solution; and performing a heat treatment for the thin film. In the PEDOT of the thin film, molecules are coupled to each other in the form of a nanofibril, which forms a network structure.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
