The present invention relates to a pill for a health functional food using Maakia amurensis and a manufacturing method thereof, which comprises: an ingredient preparation step for preparing 100 parts by weight of Maackia amurensis powder dried by crushing after drying Maackia amurensis, malt, Massa Medicata Fermentata, and Glycyrrhiza uralensis, 3-4 parts by weight of the dried malt powder, 4-5 parts by weight of the dried Massa Medicata Fermentata powder, and 3-4 parts by weight of the dried Glycyrrhiza uralensis, with respect to 100 parts by weigh of the dried Maakia amurensis powder; a mixing step for adding in a container stored with the dried Maakia amurensis powder by mixing the dried Massa Medicata Fermentata powder, the dried Glycyrrhiza uralensis, and the dried malt powder with water and preparing a mixed solution, after inserting the Maakia amurensis powder in a container; a first fermentation step for manufacturing a first fermented product by fermenting a mixture added with the mixed solution; a drying step for drying the first fermented product; a molding step for manufacturing the dried first fermented product in pill form after crushing; and a second fermentation step for manufacturing a pill by fermenting the first fermented product went through the molding step.
