According to the present invention, a method for synthesizing a gold structure having a platinum frame located inside can be used for a long period of time when being applied to a biosensor by preventing the aggregation phenomenon of gold nanoparticles as a platinum frame is included inside thereof and allows reliable sensing to be carried out by not affecting an analysis result despite the exposure to multiple solutions or the air during biosensing. In addition, in accordance with the present invention, the method for synthesizing a gold structure having a platinum frame located inside is capable of easily converting etching and re-growth processes of the gold nanoparticles by additionally putting a reducing agent without a separate intermediate washing step as an etchant is also used as a metal precursor. According to the present invention, the method can be more efficiently applied to bio-sensing through the interaction with an electromagnetic field of a nanoring by effectively interacting with light from the outside and inside of the structure due to a broadened surface area by providing a gold structure having a platinum frame in a two-dimensional or three-dimensional interior thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
